How do I resolve problems with signing up for a Homes account? I am not able to enter the sign up code and password reset code to activate my account.

If the verification code webpage has disappeared then you can use the Forgot your password link in the login page.

This will send you a new confirmation code and provide you with the verification code webpage again.

If you are still having trouble please try the following
 

1. Check your junk/spam folders – emails can sometimes end up there

2. Make sure you have the correct email registered

3. Send yourself an email to check if your inbox might be full (some email providers have limited storage)
