My market insights tool is not showing the correct bedrooms and bathrooms information?
​When you update your bedrooms and bathrooms information for your property this will be factored into your market insights after 24 hours of the update.
To update the bedrooms and bathrooms information for your property please follow these steps:

Scroll to the top of your properties page and click on the Edit property details link next to the bedrooms and bathrooms information.

Scroll down until you see Owner updated features

Click on Add feature

Select Bedrooms or Bathrooms, whichever you wish to change

Use the drop-down to select the number of bedrooms or bathrooms

Click save
-
Refresh the page
Important: The Market insights values will only update after 24 hours of the bedrooms and bathrooms information being corrected.
