Can I list my property privately on homes.co.nz?

Currently, private listings are not supported on homes.co.nz.

Properties are automatically published to the platform through real estate agency CRM systems and registered agency accounts linked via Trade Me. Because of this integration process, non-agency listings cannot be uploaded independently.

If you are set on getting your home featured on homes.co.nz, we recommend reaching out to top-performing local real estate agents in your area to discuss listing options.
