How to Correct & Update our HomeEstimate

We understand that our HomesEstimate does not always accurately reflect the value of a property. For this reason, we allow you to update it with a CMA range.
Step-by-step instructions on how to update it:
Go to the homes.co.nz website.
Log in to your account.
Find your listing by the property's address.
Click on "Update this HomesEstimate" under the HomesEstimate on the listing page.
Enter the required details in the form.
Submit the form, and the HomesEstimate will be updated within 24 hours.
Note:
To upload a CMA range, you must have written permission from the vendor.
Our customer service team are no longer able to update a HomesEstimate on your behalf.
