Firstly check to make sure the another person that ownx the home with hasn't already tracked your property.

Then you will need to talk to our chatbot, Homie. Let them know your name and the property address you are trying to claim.

Also, let us know why you are entitled to claim the property rather than the current claimant. We will resolve it from there.
